- Climate- The climate is warm year round, there are 2 different seasons, very long and dry season (winter), very wet season (summer). The average temperature in the winter is 70 degrees.
In the summer, the average temperature is from 85-120 degrees!
In the winter, the Savanna gets around 4 inches of rain. In the summer, the Savanna gets around 15-25 inches of rain. - Characteristics- Well, the Savanna is flat, it doesnt have alot of trees, but the floor is almost all grass, and fire is common but the animals adapt to it.
- Animals- There are so many animals in the Savanna that its kind of hard to name them all. But here are the main animals. There are the Aardwolf, African Elephant, African wild Dog, Black Mamba, Caracal, Chacma Baboon, Cheetah, Egyptian Mongoose, Emu, Grants Zebra, Grasshopper, Hare, Harvest Ant, Hyena, Impala, Koala Bear, Lion, Nigriceps Ant, Nile Crocodile, Ruppell's Vulture, Serval, Tawnet Eagle, Termites, Thompson's Gazelle, and the Wildebeest.
- Plants- There are not a lot of plants, but they consist of Acacia Senegal, Baobab, Bermuda Grass, Candelabra Tree, Elephant Grass, Jackalberry Tree, Manketti Tree, Red Oat Grass, River Bushwillow, Star Grass, Umbrella Thorn Acacia, and the Whistling Thorn.
